| Chicago Chapter
CSI, chartered in 1953, is one of 140+ local chapters of The Construction
Specifications Institute (CSI), a national professional association.
CSI is dedicated to creating standards and formats to improve
construction documents and project delivery. It is the only organization
serving all the major components of the building team involved
in non-residential building design and construction including
architects, specifiers, engineers, material suppliers, contractors,
owners, government and beyond. Through meetings, educational and
social events and networking, members openly communicate with
their counterparts to exchange information for successful project
management.
